When we make these two things a habit, we support and protect both our physical and mental health. One of the main issues I want to highlight is a sedentary lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle has reached an increasing dimension worldwide. Authorities accept that the physical and mental health problems caused by a sedentary lifestyle are at alarming levels. The solution to a sedentary lifestyle is physical activities and exercises. Physical activity has both preventive and curative effects on many diseases. We should know the value of our health before we get sick and avoid any behavior that invites illness.”
